Terms of sale
1. Seller

2. Purpose
These terms of sale govern a consumer's subscription to the "Premium" plan of CarX Street Build Optimizer (carx-bo.com). They apply together with the terms of use and the privacy policy. Ticking the acceptance box at checkout means you accept them.
3. The service
The free plan gives access to the full setup calculation (gearbox, differential, suspension, alignment, brakes), limited to 10 builds per account, 3 dyno analyses per build per month, and the last 3 versions of a build, with ads.
The Premium plan removes these limits and adds: full version history and comparison, folders, a two-build comparison tool, private or time-limited share links with statistics, setup sheet export, email notification when a build is cloned, a Premium badge, priority support and no ads. The exact content of the Premium plan is the one shown on the Premium page when you subscribe.
The Premium+ plan includes the whole Premium plan and adds an AI assistant on every build page, limited to 60 questions per month, as well as editing any result value. The assistant's answers are generated by a language model from the tool's data: they are indicative, may contain errors and are not tested in game. You alone decide whether to apply a proposed change.
4. Account and age
Subscribing requires an account. It is reserved for adults, or for minors with the consent of their legal representative, who must then make or authorise the payment.
5. Price
Monthly Premium subscription: 2,99 € per month. Monthly Premium+ subscription: 6,99 € per month. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
A price change applies to an existing subscription only at its next renewal, after prior notice by email, and lets you cancel before then.
6. Order and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details are entered at Stripe and are never sent to the publisher. Before paying, a checkbox lets you accept these terms, request immediate access to the service and acknowledge the consequences for your right of withdrawal (article 9). A contract confirmation email is sent after payment. Premium access is activated as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
7. Term and renewal
The subscription is taken for one month from payment confirmation. It renews automatically for the same period, at the same price (subject to article 5), until cancelled.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, online, from the Premium page with the "Cancel my subscription" button, with no reason and no fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Premium access until then and the subscription is not renewed. The current period is not refunded, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (article 9). You can also manage your subscription and payment methods from the Stripe portal available on the same page.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason. To do so, use the "Withdraw" button on the Premium page, visible throughout this period, or write to contact@willsprod.fr (a template form is attached below). You receive an acknowledgement by email.
By ticking the acceptance box, you ask for Premium access to start immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw, you pay for the service already provided until your withdrawal request, pro rata to the price of the period, and the rest is refunded within 14 days at most of your request, to the payment method used. Once the service has been fully performed at your express request and with your waiver acknowledged at checkout, you can no longer withdraw, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
10. Availability and warranties
The service is continuously evolving. The publisher strives to keep it available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance and occasional incidents are possible. The legal warranties of conformity applicable to digital content and services remain applicable and are not limited by these terms.
11. Liability
Calculated values are estimates from physical models and public game data, given for guidance. The tool is not affiliated with CarX Technologies or the game publisher. These clauses do not limit the rights you hold by law as a consumer.
12. Personal data
How your data is processed, including payment-related data, is described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to your subscription are those in force on the date you subscribed or last renewed. Any change will be notified to you before it applies to your current subscription.
14. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, write first to contact@willsprod.fr. The publisher has not yet joined a consumer mediation scheme: the mediator's details will be published on this page as soon as the membership is effective. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
