Data collected

Creating an account collects: email address, username, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), account creation date, last login date, and the number of dyno analyses performed.

The builds you create (tuning setups: car, parts, settings) are tied to your account and belong to you.

If you use the dyno analyzer, the screenshot you upload is sent to our image-analysis service, hosted at Render (United States), to extract the power curve. A copy of the screenshot and of the result is kept on our server to diagnose analysis errors. You can ask for its deletion at any time.

If you subscribe to the premium plan, we also keep: the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the subscription status and dates, the date you accepted the terms of sale and, where applicable, the date of your withdrawal or cancellation. Your card details are entered at Stripe and never go through our servers.

If you use the AI assistant (Premium+), your questions and its answers are kept on our servers with the build concerned, to show the conversation and track usage. You can ask for their deletion at any time.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used to operate the service (authentication, saving your builds, improving the tool) and, for the premium plan, to handle payment, cancellation and withdrawal. Legal bases: performance of the contract between us (account, subscription), legal obligation (accounting and invoicing), and legitimate interest for internal, anonymized usage statistics.

Data sharing

Your data is not sold. It is entrusted to technical providers, only to operate the service:

Hostinger (Cyprus, EU): hosting of the site, the database and email sending.
Render (United States): dyno screenshot analysis service.
Anthropic (United States): AI assistant of the Premium+ plan. Receives your questions and the data of the build concerned (car, settings, results), only to write the answer.
Stripe (premium plan payment): receives your email, your account name and the payment data you enter with them.
Google (advertising and audience measurement), only if you accept cookies (see below).

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US data privacy framework).

Cookies

A session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you logged in, is always set, it does not require consent.

We also use Google audience-measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, and where applicable Google AdSense to display ads that fund the service) to understand site usage, evaluate our campaigns, and, if you accept, show more relevant ads. They are only set after your explicit consent, collected via the banner shown at the bottom of the page (Google Consent Mode: no data is sent to Google until you accept. If you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer, or manage your Google ad preferences directly at adssettings.google.com.

Retention period

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. You may request its deletion at any time. Billing and payment data is kept for the period required by accounting law (10 years), even after the account is deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@willsprod.fr. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: cnil.fr).
